Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the first offense, and for any subsequent offense shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than 120 days, or both. In the case of a licensee under this chapter, the license shall be revoked for a second or subsequent offense.
