Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to conflict with, supersede or dispense with any of the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code relating to bail or bond, but it shall be the duty of the officers of the Mayor's Court to require the qualifications for bail or bond prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code, and to enforce the recognizance bails or bonds in all cases where conditions thereof have not been complied with.
