705.09 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   The Clerk shall revoke any license issued pursuant to this chapter and refuse to issue a new license to any such licensee within the period of one year after such revocation for any one or more of the following acts or omissions on the part of the licensee:
   (a)    Becoming surety or providing surety on any bail bond, recognizance bond, appeal bond, supersedeas bond or other court bonds required to be filed in any criminal case or criminal proceedings in the Mayor's Court, the penalty of which, either of itself or when added to the penalty or penalties of any other bond or bonds signed by such licensee as surety, is in excess of the amount of surety permitted to be executed by the licensee.
   (b)    The failure to furnish to any person paying compensation to such licensee for becoming or providing surety on any bail bond, recognizance bond, appeal bond, supersedeas bond or other bonds of any kind in any criminal case or criminal proceedings, in the Mayor's Court, a receipt showing the amount of the compensation charged.
   (c)    Charging, receiving or demanding an amount as compensation for becoming a surety on a bail bond, or court bond of any kind in any criminal case or proceedings in the Mayor's Court in excess of the amount permitted to be charged, demanded or received by this chapter's provisions.
   (d)    No person, firm or corporation, or any agent for any firm or corporation shall solicit, bargain or entice professional bond or bail services to any person or persons charged with a violation of any section of the Ohio Revised Code, or any section of this code of ordinances, anywhere in or about the premises of the City Municipal Building at 4200 Dryden Road.
   (e)    No bondsman licensed hereunder shall recommend, suggest or refer persons, for whom he is executing a bond, to any lawyer or law firm.
   (f)    The failure to satisfy, within twenty days after the same accrues, any obligation of such licensee as surety arising from a forfeited bond.
   (g)    Any infraction or violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of any statutes of the State of Ohio relating to bail, bond, recognizance bond, appeal bond, supersedeas bond or other bonds of any kind in any criminal case or proceedings in the Mayor’s Court.
