542.13 APPLICATION OF STANDARDS TO EXISTING AND FUTURE ALARM SYSTEMS.

   (a)   Every new system installed after the effective date of this section shall comply with the above standards.

   (b)   Every alarm system existing before the effective date of this section shall be placed in compliance with the above standards no later than sixty (60) days after such effective date.
