530.10 BEER AND INTOXICATING LIQUORS.

(a) No person shall sell or consume any intoxicating liquor or beer in or upon any City owned or controlled park, playground, buildings or other premises.

(b) No person shall possess or have control over any intoxicating liquor or beer in or upon any City owned or controlled park, playground, buildings or other premises.
