§ 72.04 BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, IN-LINE SKATES, ROLLER SKATES, ROLLER BLADES AND ROLLER SKIS IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to ride, use or operate a bicycle, skateboard, in-line skates, roller skates, roller blades, roller skis or other self-propelled wheeled devices, except wheelchairs, upon a sidewalk in any business district.
   (B)   For the purposes of this section, the business district is defined as Union Street from Maple Avenue to Hersey Avenue, Maple Avenue on the south side of the street, from Park Street to Lake Street, Railroad Avenues, both north and south from Park Street to Lake Street, and Hersey Avenue from Park Street to Union Street and Park Street from Hersey Avenue to Maple Avenue.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
