(A) All snowmobile operators shall observe all traffic rules and regulations pertaining to automobiles, but the speed limit for snowmobiles on city streets shall be ten (10) miles per hour.
(B) It shall be unlawful to drive and operate a snowmobile within the city limits of the city between the hours of 12:00 a.m. midnight and one-half (½) hour before sunrise.
