Any customer who shall discover a leak in a service line to the premises shall notify the Utility office within twenty-four (24) hours. If the leak is in that portion of the service line under control of the owner, said owner shall take any and all action necessary to eliminate the leak. Failure to do so in a reasonable time period may be cause to discontinue water service to the property.
