(A) Any person desiring a permit to make a service connection to the water system shall be a licensed plumber or certified pipe layer, and shall provide evidence of a license and bond as required by Minnesota Statutes and Rules.
(B) The Director may suspend or revoke any permit issued under this section for any of the following causes:
(1) Giving false information in connection with the application for a license;
(2) Incompetence of the licensee;
(3) Willful violation of any provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation pertaining to the making of service connections.
