§ 51.04 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
    MONTHLY UTILITY REVENUE. The estimated monthly expenditures for planning and inventories, capital expenditures, personnel and equipment and operation of the storm water utility, in accordance with the established city policy.
   STORM WATER UTILITY FEE. The annual charge developed for each parcel of land.
