§ 50.11 PRIVATE SEWER SYSTEMS PROHIBITED.

The construction, operation, maintenance, and/or use of private individual sewerage treatment systems or other private on-site sewage treatment and/or disposal systems within the city is prohibited except as provided in this subchapter.
