§ 33.13 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARDS.
   Whenever the city performs any work to remove or eliminate a public health or safety hazards from private property pursuant to §§ 131.07 through 131.08 of this code, the administrative officer responsible for doing the work shall keep a record of the cost of such removal or elimination against each parcel of property affected and annually deliver such information to the City Clerk annually by October 1 as to each parcel of property on which the cost has not been paid. This section does not apply to hazardous buildings under the hazardous building law, M.S. §§ 463.15 through 463.26, as they may be amended from time to time.
