§ 33.11 SIDEWALKS CLEARANCE.
   Whenever the city performs any work to remove snow, ice, dirt and rubbish remaining on a public sidewalk pursuant to §§ 54.54 through 54.56 of this code, the Public Works Director shall keep a record showing the cost of such removal adjacent to each separate parcel and shall deliver such information to the City Clerk annually by October 1 as to each parcel of property on which the cost has not been paid.
