§ 131.20 PUBLIC NUISANCES CAUSED BY SOUND.

It is declared to be a public nuisance for any person to make or assist in the making of any nuisance noise or any loud, unnecessary or unusual sound or any sound which annoys, disturbs or affects the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others in the city.
