Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalties for a misdemeanor as prescribed by state law. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate misdemeanor offense punishable by a separate misdemeanor penalty. The city may also enforce any provision of this chapter by mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate civil remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction.
