(A) Expiration. An adult establishment license expires at the end of the calendar year.
(B) Renewal. A licensee may renew a license by completing an application as provided in § 118.07. The applicant will be allowed to continue business until the city has determined that the applicant meets the criteria for renewal of the license. If the city denies the renewal, the applicant shall not be issued a license for one (1) year from the date of denial.
