(A) All motor vehicles or other equipment used by the licensee shall be marked on the exterior of the vehicle so as to identify the licensee.
(B) All motor vehicles or other equipment used by the licensee shall be watertight so as not to allow the leakage of liquids or other materials while hauling the same and shall be used in a manner to prevent the scattering of their contents upon the public streets or private properties in the city.
(C) All motor vehicles or equipment used by the licensee shall be kept clean to prevent nuisances, pollution or insect breeding, and shall be maintained in good order.
(D) No roll-offs in the street.
