§ 117.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Mora, Kanabec County, Minnesota.
   COLLECTION. The aggregation of waste from the place at which it is generated, and including all activities up to the time the waste is delivered to a waste facility.
   CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS. Waste building materials, packaging and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair and demolition of buildings, roads and other facilities.
   DISPOSAL FACILITY. A waste facility permitted by the State Pollution Control Agency that is designated or operated for the purpose of disposing of waste on or in the land, together with any appurtenant facilities needed to process waste for disposal or transfer to another waste facility.
   HOUSEHOLD UNIT. Any building or group of buildings, or part of a building or group of buildings, used or intended to be used solely or principally for residential purposes, including any living quarters containing a separate kitchen and/or bathroom, and occupied or intended to be occupied exclusively as the home or residence of not more than one (1) family or household.
   MIXED MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE. Garbage, refuse and other solid waste from residential, commercial, industrial and community activities that the generator of the waste aggregates for collection; but not including auto hulks, street sweepings, ash, water-borne wastes, construction debris, mining waste, sludge, tree and agricultural wastes, tires, lead acid batteries, motor and vehicle fluids and filters, and other materials collected, processed and disposed of as separate waste streams; but the term does include source-separated compostable materials.
   RECYCLABLE MATERIALS. Materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil and batteries. Refuse- derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a RECYCLABLE MATERIAL.
   SOLID WASTE. Mixed municipal solid waste and construction debris, as defined in this section.
