§ 114.12 RATES.

Every person operating a taxicab shall charge, and every person holding a taxicab license shall permit the charging only of the rates for taxicab service that have been approved by the City Council on an annual basis. The rates shall be approved in conjunction with an application for a license or a license renewal.
