§ 92.33 VIOLATION.
   Any person who shall ignite a fire for the purpose of open burning in violation of this subchapter, and any person who shall permit a fire to be ignited or to burn upon land controlled by him or her for the purpose of open burning in violation of any part of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
