Commencing at the NW corner of the NW 1/4, thence on an assumed bearing of south along the west line of the NW 1/4 Section 24 a distance of 283.00 to the point of beginning of the property to be described, thence north 89 degrees 40' east parallel with the north line of NW 1/4 of Section 24 a distance of 1,675 feet, thence south 85 degrees 39' 20" east 198.26 feet, thence south 33 degrees 48' west 273.43 feet, thence south 52 degrees west 1,225 feet, thence north 38 degrees west 142.88 feet, thence west 617.28 feet to the west line of NW 1/4, thence north along the west line of NW 1/4 a distance of 874.38 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
