§ 30.01 MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.
   (A)   Date of election. The municipal general election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in even numbered years.
   (B)   Term of office. The Mayor and all Council Members shall serve a term of office four (4) years. The term shall commence on the first business day in the year after the election and shall expire when the incumbent’s successor qualified for office.
