§ 91.01 INSPECTION OF TREES.
   The Public Works Director, or any other official designated by the Council, shall make periodic inspections of all trees and shrubbery situated on any street, avenue or other public property within the city to determine whether the trees and shrubbery need to be trimmed, cared for or removed.
