§ 90.39 RESPONSIBILITIES OF VETERINARIANS.
   It shall be the duty of every licensed veterinarian to report to the Police Department his or her diagnosis of any animal within the city observed by him or her as a rabies suspect, and the Police Department shall immediately inform the State Department of Health of the report.
