§ 90.21 VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Every dog or cat shall be vaccinated against rabies. Young dogs or cats under three (3) months of age shall be vaccinated within thirty (30) days after they reach the age of three (3) months.
   (B)   Unvaccinated dogs or cats acquired or moved into the city must be vaccinated within thirty (30) days of purchase or arrival, unless under three (3) months of age as specified in division (A) above.
   (C)   Every dog shall be vaccinated thereafter at not more than twenty-four (24) month intervals with a modified live rabies vaccine or twelve (12) month intervals with a killed rabies vaccine. Every cat shall be revaccinated thereafter at not more than twelve (12) month intervals, regardless of the type of vaccine used.
