(A) No car, truck or other motor vehicle shall be parked or allowed to remain on any city street, alley or city-owned parking lot for longer than forty-eight (48) hours.
(B) Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and in addition, the owner of the motor vehicle shall pay all towing charges.
