§ 70.36 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   Any applicant aggrieved by the denial of a parade permit shall have the right to appeal to the City Council of the city. This appeal shall be taken by written notice addressed to the city and the appeal shall be heard as an agenda item at the next regular meeting of the City Council.
