§ 54.58 REMOVAL OF SNOW AND THE LIKE BY THE CITY.
   The Public Works Director shall cause to be removed from all public sidewalks all snow, ice, dirt and rubbish beginning twelve (12) hours after such matter has been deposited thereon or after the snow has ceased to fall. The Public Works Director shall keep a record showing the cost of the removal adjacent to each separate lot and parcel and shall report the information to the City Clerk-Treasurer.
