§ 53.055 EXPENSES TO BE PAID BY OWNER.
   All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection of the service connection shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may be directly or indirectly occasioned by the installation of the service connection.
