The following on premises signs require permits and are regulated according to the zoning district in which they are located:

For developments containing several buildings or businesses, a common signage plan for the development shall be submitted for approval. Note:
1. Height limitations do not apply to wall mounted signs, except that roof mounted signs or wall mounted signs extending beyond the roof of a structure must comply with the sign height requirement.
