Any persons concerned in the commission of any act prohibited by this code, whether they directly commit the act or prosecute, counsel, aid or abet in its commission, may be prosecuted and on conviction are punishable as if they had directly committed such act. No persons shall attempt to conspire to violate any provision of this code, or obstruct or interfere with the enforcement of this code, or conceal or aid in the concealment of any violation of this code.
