10-23-5: HOURS OF OPERATION:
No adult establishment shall be open to the public from the hours of one minute after twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M. to ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. weekdays and Saturdays, or before two o'clock (2:00) P.M. or after eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. on Sundays, or at any time on national holidays.
