A. Application: Signs other than those listed in section 10-22-4 of this chapter must have a City permit prior to being erected, altered, reconstructed, maintained or moved in the City. The content of the sign shall not be reviewed or considered in determining whether to approve or deny a sign permit. Applications for signs shall be submitted on forms provided by the City, be accompanied by the specified fee and shall be addressed to the issuing authority.
B. Permit Requirements: A permanent sign permit must be obtained from the City of Moorhead Planning Division prior to placement, in accordance with provisions in section 10-22-11 of this chapter. (Ord. 2007-25, 10-1-2007)
