9-7-16: APPLICABLE LAWS:

Registration holders shall be subject to all of the ordinances of the city and state relating to rental dwellings, and this chapter shall not be construed or interpreted to supersede or limit any other such applicable ordinance or law. (Ord. 94-10, 7-18-1994, eff. 11-1-1994)
