A. Every rental unit, other than a manufactured home lot, shall be maintained in accordance with the building standards of chapter 2 of this title, the fire code adopted in chapter 5 of this title, the building code adopted in chapter 1 of this title, and in a manner so as not to create a nuisance pursuant to title 3, chapter 3 of this code.
B. Every rental unit which is a manufactured home lot shall be maintained in accordance with the requirements of title 3, chapter 10 of this code, and in a manner so as not to create a nuisance pursuant to title 3, chapter 3 of this code. (Ord. 96-10, 5-6-1996)
