A. The fees for registration, a registration renewal, a transfer, a late fee, and inspection fees shall be in the amount as established by the city's fee schedule. (Ord. 2005-30, 12-5-2005; amd. Ord. 2007-30, 1-7-2008, eff. retroactive to 1-1-2008)
B. Whenever any person fails to pay the registration fees and other fees associated with this chapter, the city may assess these fees against the property for which they were assessed and such assessed fees shall be certified as other taxes are certified. (Ord. 2005-30, 12-5-2005)
