9-7-1-1: PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION:
The city manager shall have the authority to designate a director of rental registration who shall administer and enforce the rental registration program. The city manager shall also have the authority to designate the authority to administer the rental registration program to city staff who in the city manager's discretion are necessary to administer the rental registration program. (Ord. 2005-30, 12-5-2005)
