A. Cable One, Inc., is hereby granted a nonexclusive franchise to install, construct, operate and maintain a cable television system within the corporate limits of the city, effective upon their acceptance and entering into a franchise agreement consistent with this chapter governing the relationship between the city and Cable One, Inc.
B. Midcontinent Communications is hereby granted a nonexclusive franchise to install, construct, operate and maintain a cable television system within the corporate limits of the city, effective upon their acceptance and entering into a franchise agreement consistent with this chapter governing the relationship between the city and Midcontinent Communications.
