A. Every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be penalized in accordance with the provisions of section 1-4-2 of this code.
B. Nothing contained in this penalty provision shall prevent the city from obtaining a proper injunction or restraining order directed against any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter from the district court for Clay County in addition to such other penalties as allowed by this chapter.
