8-4-34: PENALTIES:
   A.   Any person violating this chapter shall, upon conviction, be penalized in accordance with the provisions of section 1-4-2 of this Code.
   B.   Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the City, in addition to the remedies outlined in subsection A of this section, from seeking judicial intervention in the form of injunction or restraining order to carry out and enforce the terms and conditions of this chapter.
