A. Notice Of Completion: When the work under any permit hereunder is completed, the permittee shall notify the City for final inspection.
B. Site Inspection: Permittee shall notify the City in advance of performing the work, and shall keep the City apprised of the schedule of the work so that the City may make inspections necessary to verify that permittee is complying with all of the permit requirements.
C. Authority Of Director:
1. At the time of inspection, the Director may order the immediate cessation of any work which poses a serious threat to the life, health, safety or well-being of the public.
2. The Director may issue an order to the permittee for any work which does not conform to the terms of the permit or other applicable standards, conditions, or codes. The order shall state that failure to correct the violation will be cause for revocation of the permit. Within ten (10) days after issuance of the order, the permittee shall present proof to the Director that the violation has been corrected. If such proof has not been presented within the required time, the Director may revoke the permit pursuant to section 8-4-21 of this chapter. (Ord. 2018-03, 2-26-2018)
