8-1-6: LITTER IN STREETS:
No person shall throw, place or leave upon any street, sidewalk or alley any waste material. No person shall leave any waste material where it may blow or be likely to blow upon streets, sidewalks or alleys. (Ord. 188; amd. 1967 Code §25.12)
