A. Purpose: It is the purpose of this chapter to provide for the recovery of costs from users of the city's wastewater disposal system for the implementation of the program established herein. The applicable charges or fees shall be set forth in the city's schedule of charges and fees and approved by council.
B. Charges And Fees: The city shall adopt charges and fees which may include:
1. Charges for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures;
2. Fees for permit applications;
3. Appeal fees; and
4. Other fees and/or charges as may be deemed necessary to carry out the requirements contained herein. (1987 Code)
