5-5-1: DEFINITIONS:

The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and application of this Chapter, and the following words and terms wherever they occur in this Chapter are defined as follows:

ROLLER SKATES/ROLLER BLADES/IN-LINE SKATES: A nonmotorized device with wheels which is attached to a shoe or designed to be attached to a shoe.

SKATEBOARD: A nonmotorized platform mounted on wheels which is designed to transport a rider. (Ord. 92-13, 7-20-92)
