5-2-9: PARKING TICKETS:

Any parking ticket that is issued against any vehicle by reason of violating parking regulations shall be prima facie evidence that the owner of the vehicle committed the violation described and set forth in the parking ticket. (Ord. 174; amd. Ord. 232; 1967 Code §61.21)
