A. Permits may be issued to registered residents that live on streets, avenues, and roadways in three (3) hour parking zones exempting one vehicle from three (3) hour parking limits as follows:
1. Permit must be in full view as prescribed in application process for parking enforcement officers to examine and validate when parked on the street.
2. Permits are valid for one year in correlation to the parking calendar schedule.
3. Permit is only valid within zone designated by registered address.
4. Possession or use of duplicated or unofficially fabricated permits is a violation of this section. (Ord. 2013-12, 8-12-2013)
