5-2-6-6: SIGNS TO MARK SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES AND SNOW REMOVAL DISTRICTS:
On each street designated by this chapter as a primary snow emergency route, such streets shall be posted with special signs at intervals not exceeding three hundred feet (300') with the wording "Snow Emergency Route".
On each street designated as a secondary snow emergency route, such streets shall be posted with special signs at intervals not exceeding three hundred feet (300') with the wording "Secondary Snow Emergency Route".
On streets or avenues designated by the city council as within a snow removal district, such streets shall be posted with signs designating the snow removal district at intervals not exceeding three hundred feet (300').
Signs posted in accordance with this section shall be distinctive and uniform in appearance and shall be plainly visible and readable to persons traveling on the street or highway. (Ord. 2012-12, 8-13-2012)
