The driver or owner of any vehicle is not required to display any lights upon any vehicle when it is parked in accordance with this title upon any street where there is sufficient light to clearly reveal any person or object within a distance of five hundred feet (500') upon the street. When lighting is insufficient to the above degree, the driver or owner of the parked vehicle upon any street shall display warning lights on the vehicle. (Ord. 174; amd. Ord. 232; 1967 Code §61.11)
