A permit as defined by the provisions of this chapter may be denied, suspended or revoked in accordance with the provisions of section 2-1-10B of this code for any violation of the provisions of this chapter or upon the creation or existence of any condition which would, in the opinion of the fire and police departments, create or tend to create a serious fire hazard.
