4-4-13: GAMBLING:
   A.   General Prohibition: No persons shall place, keep or knowingly suffer to be kept in any house, building, yard or garden owned by them, used or occupied, any table or other apparatus for playing cards, dice or other gambling implements, to which any person shall resort for the purpose of gaming or playing for money or other valuable things; or suffer any person or persons to play for money or other valuable things at cards, dice or any unlawful game in any house, building, yard or garden so owned or occupied by such person, or suffer any person to resort thereto for the purpose of gaming unless otherwise authorized under section 2-2B-2 of this code or by state law.    B.   Playing Games For Money: No person shall play at cards, dice, billiards, ninepins, pool, slot machines or any unlawful games, as defined by the state laws, for money or other valuable things on any bet or wager unless otherwise authorized by section 2-2B-2 of this code or by state law.
